For those occasions requiring inherent strength in the parts being modeled, Omni Models suggests metal etching out of brass. Stainless steel is an optional medium available. These parts can be utilized in their native metallic state or airbrushed to convey another material.

•CASTING:
Similar to laser cutting, casting services are chosen when it's necessary to produce numerous quantities of an item and the part involves complex shapes to be modeled.

• MATERIAL & COLOR MATCHING:
Years of experience are essential when determining materials to select for a model. Furthermore, experience is proven to be the difference in how Omni Models applies airbrush techniques to ultimately achieve that realistic material.

•DIGITAL PROGRESS PHOTOS:
Finally, the model is complete and digital images are desired for anxious marketing personnel. These 18mb digital files are created in Omni's photo room and can be burned onto a CD and delivered with the model.
