•PRESENTATION MODELS:
Regardless if the model is for an architect, engineer, attorney or real estate developer, the precision and drive for accuracy does not change. Our presentation models are considered so realistic that clients have been known to use photographs of our models in their marketing brochures and formal (media) presentations. Attention to detail each and every time is key to our success.


• CONCEPTUAL MODELS:
Before a project attains the aspirations of the designer, a conceptual model to convey the general idea or "concept" being considered is produced very early in the design process. These models (mass models) are used to help articulate the various "ideas" such as the circulation of a proposed new building or to test new plans and see how the relationships work with existing structures.

• SITE MODELS:
Utilizing the benefits of our custom designed router room, Omni Models is able to deliver eye catching topo models (contour models). Many times these models are used for master planning purposes, sales tools or to generate excitement for fund raising on a new project.
•LASER CUTTING & SCORING:
Omni's laser cutting & scoring service provides prompt accurate results for clients that produce their own models but are in need of a touch of detail.
